When in the on position the wheel spins when handle is turned
Wooden piece is missing on handle
Because I do not know 100% if that operates exactly how it should it is being sold as is for parts- there is nothing other then the wooden piece being missing that stands out to me but I do not know about fishing or things like if the handle should be a particular tightness etc
